Fong Kai Electronic Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to “FKE") started its business in 1996, which is a Taiwanese-owned enterprise created by Fong Kai Business Group Co., Ltd. The company was from the manufacture of hardware tooling to the chassis of computer, from the precision hardware parts & assembly to the manufacture of the
optoelectronics and appliances parts.
The company is located in Jitigang Industrial Park, Huangjiang town, where is with beautiful scenery and well-developed transportation. The south is to the well-known place Zhangmutou,where has got a good nickname----the Second HongKong, and the north is Gongming town, which belongs to Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. Currently, FKE has the following products series:the manufacturing of hardware tooling to the chassis of computer, from the precision hardware parts & assembly to the manufacture of the optoelectronics and appliances parts (such as the outline border of the computer monitor, the bezel of the oven, skate and lamp).
FKE owns 208 sets international-advanced level of assembly-stamping machines, 2 sets of
automatic laser engraving machines, 2 ultrasonic cleaning and prep lines, 2 sets laser marking machines,1 set CNC process machine, 3 chassis pre-cleaning lines, 1 power-coating line, 2 liquid-coating lines, 5 assembly lines, all of which makes FKE getting powerful production capacity of tooling development and process, stamping process, painting or anode baking and assembly. Meanwhile, FKE possesses advanced test equipment in production and engineering.
In 2008, the maximum production capacity of Serever Case was 80,000 sets, and 50,000 sets Workstation Cases, all kinds of monitor outline border 1000,000 sets. The annual turnover of 2008 exceeded 68,000,000 US dollars, and the clients are throughout the United States, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, such as Sony, HP, NEC, WKK, ABLECOM, Herman Miller, JABIL, GE and other several international companies.
The company implemented comprehensive standard quality control system, and was awarded ISO9002 Quality System Certification in 1998, ISO14001 Environment System Certification in 2004, and obtained the title of “National High-tech Enterprise” in 2009.
